• Our products are made for rugged, outdoor use, and minor imperfections in paint, small surface scratches, or cosmetic blemishes may be present due to production, handling, or transport. These do not affect functionality or safety and are not considered defects.

• Color shades, surface finishes, and material textures may vary slightly between batches.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that these minor aesthetic variations are part of the manufacturing and shipping process and do not constitute valid reasons for return or refund.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability.

4. Prices & Payments

5. Lead Time & Shipping

• Production Lead Time: All products are made to order. Standard lead time is up to 20 working days before dispatch.

• Shipping Time: Delivery time depends on destination. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure events. For non-EU deliveries, customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Mounting gear not rated for the carrier

  • Overloading, road conditions, or impact

  • Use of third-party accessories

• It is your responsibility to regularly inspect and maintain all mounted gear, including straps, fasteners, and structural components.

• Any advice, tips, or assistance provided outside the official instructions is informal and should not be treated as professional guidance.

We strongly recommend professional installation if you are unsure about any part of the setup.

7. Legal Use and Compliance

Laws and regulations on external vehicle gear vary by country.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the use of our products complies with local road safety laws, vehicle regulations, and registration requirements.
We accept no responsibility for fines, failed inspections, or other legal consequences related to product use.

8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods under EU and Slovenian consumer protection law.
