SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship:
We deliver across Slovenia, the EU, and selected international destinations. If you're unsure about shipping to your location, please contact us.

Processing & Lead Time:
All of our products are built and packed with care—because quality comes first.
Lead time is up to 20 working days before your order is shipped.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Time (after shipping):

  • Slovenia: 2–5 business days

  • EU Countries: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days (may vary based on destination)

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over €100 within Slovenia qualify for free shipping.

Customs & Duties:
For orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Right of Withdrawal:
Under EU and Slovenian law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. This period starts from the day you receive your goods.

Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Products should be returned in the original packaging.

  • Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

  1. Notify us of your intent to return by emailing info@vanterprise.net within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once confirmed, send the items to:

  3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
If you’d like a different item, follow the return process and place a new order for what you need.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately at info@vanterprise.net with details and photos of the issue.

  • Under EU law, you have a 2-year warranty period for goods that are faulty or not as described.

  • We’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
