Q: Is installation really drill-free? Yep. No holes, no stress. All our gear installs using factory hinge points and custom hardware—so your van stays intact, and your gear stays locked in tight.

Q: Can I mount the StashBox to any of your carriers? 100%. The StashBox was built to bolt right onto any of our backdoor carriers. Fast install, featherweight, and sealed tight so your stuff stays dry and clean.

Q: What can I carry on the panels? Pretty much anything. Bikes, skis, spare tires, recovery boards, shovels, jerrycans—you name it. Thanks to our patented Lock’n Load Nuts, you can mount tons of aftermarket gear with ease.

Q: What makes your nuts special? (lol) Yeah, we get that a lot. Our patented Lock’n Load Nuts are made from stainless inox, fit only our panels, and stay upright during install—no more dropped bolts or swearing in the driveway. Each nut gives you 3x M8 and 1x M10 mounting points. They’re small but mighty.

Q: Do you ship internationally? Yep! We’re vanlifers—we don’t believe in borders. Just note that shipping times and fees vary by country.

Q: What’s your return policy? Didn’t work out? No stress. If your gear’s unused and still fresh out of the box, send it back within 30 days. We’ll sort the refund or swap.

Q: Can I install everything myself? If you can handle a wrench and read a basic diagram, you’re good. Most installs take under an hour. No special tools, no pro shop needed.

Q: Do you offer custom setups? We’re always cooking something new. If you have a wild idea or a special request, hit us up—we love building cool stuff for fellow van nerds.

Q: Will the gear rattle while I drive? Nope. We’ve engineered everything to be tight, stable, and road-ready. Proper install + secure straps = zero rattle. If you hear something knocking, it’s probably your snack stash rolling around inside the van.

Q: What if I have a problem or need help after buying? We’re not a faceless brand. You can DM us on Instagram or shoot us an email, and you’ll talk to us—not some robot or outsourced support script. We stand behind everything we make and we’ve got your back, always.

Q: Do I need any legal paperwork or registration for using your carriers? That depends on where you’re based. Rules vary from country to country, so we always recommend checking your local traffic laws and regulations before installing external gear. Some places might require inspection or registration—others don’t care. Best to know before you roll.

Q: Do your products rust? Nope. Everything we make is built from stainless steel or aluminum—zero rust, all rugged. These materials are designed to take on rain, snow, salt, and whatever else the road throws at them without turning into a crusty mess.

Q: Can I remove the gear when I’m not using it? Totally. All our gear is designed to be modular and removable. If you want to run clean for a while—no bikes, no box, no spare tire—you can unbolt everything in minutes. The panels stay put, so you're always ready to gear back up.

Q: If I order now, when will I receive my gear? We ship as fast as we can—but quality takes a minute. Our standard lead time is up to 20 working days, since every product is built, packed, and checked with care. After that, shipping time depends on where you are.
